Transmission part: It is transmitted to the plow blade shaft by the main motor and reducer. ◆ Horizontal Simplified Chinese: The horizontal simplified Chinese is used for transporting materials. The upper part of the simplified Chinese has a feeding port and observation hole, and one side of the simplified Chinese has a material cleaning door. Working principle: After the mixer is started, the plow blade is driven to rotate by the plow blade shaft, causing the material to undergo circumferential turbulence along the radial direction of the cylinder, while throwing the material out along the normal direction of the two sides of the plow blade. When the material that is thrown out and undergoes circumferential turbulence flows through the flying blade group, it is quickly and forcefully dispersed by the high-speed rotating blade. Under the combined action of the plow blade and flying blade mentioned above, the material continuously stacks, diffuses, and achieves uniform mixing in a short period of time, with high mixing accuracy.
